Japan’s upper house of parliament, the preparation of the 2020 Olympics and Paralympics has approved a law on special measures. House majority vote at a plenary meeting on Wednesday approved the law. Under this law, a government task force for the preparation of sports formed the end of the 2020 fiscal year, which will go to work. The Task Force will be composed of cabinet ministers and the Prime Minister will head. Olympics and Paralympics sports in its responsibilities for the preparation will include basic policies.
