US President Donald Trump has signed a new bill passed by the Congress. This law imposes additional restrictions on Lebanese militia Hizbullah. In his speech on Thursday, Trump believed that the aim of these sanctions is to overcome Hizbullah’s funding for its activities. Trump said in his address 35 years of passing on the American Marines Center in Beirut. Under new sanctions, the person providing support to Hezbollah or materially in any manner will prohibit entry in the US. Similarly, the new law prohibits the Trump Administration to present an announcement report which includes the details of the assets of Hizbullah militia leadership and their partners. These individuals include those of the Lebanese government that have unity with Hizbullah militia. Apart from this, should be determined whether the members belonging to Hizbullah should be included in the list of people supporting terrorism. In the early part of this month, the US Department of Finance has included the name of the Lebanese businessman Mohammad Abdul Alamin in the terrorist list. Alamanian owns 7 companies whose office is in Lebanon. He is accused of offering financial funds for Hezbollah. Under the current law, al-Qaeda and its companies have also been wrapped up with restrictions.
