White House’s business adviser Peter Navarro says the US defense industry is more dependent on raw materials and parts coming from China. He added that the Trump Administration will work together with the relevant sector to make changes. Peter Navarro pointed out on the subject during a speech on Wednesday that the US defense industry depends on China for raw material of rare earthly metals and other types of strategicly important metals. He added that some of the US devices looking at night have taken China’s parts. Peter Navarro emphasized that China is targeting China’s defense sector, China and the industrial base. He further added that President Trump’s management will connect trade with national security in collaboration with the private sector. He hoped that Trum will work together with the defense industry to review the management of the suppliers. Its goal is to increase the ratio of US raw materials and parts.
