Jammu and Kashmir historic court decision has been Jammu and Kashmir State in India that is not integrated. Details of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court Chief Justice Hassan Masudi and bench comprising Justice ruled Raj Kotwal said 370 that was kept under the sovereignty of Kashmir and 370 may be revoked nor may it be amended and the Indian state of Kashmir is occupied. Occupied Kashmir under Article 370 is independent, the people themselves will decide whether to affiliate with any country or state is prepared. The Constituent Assembly was dissolved in 1957; the 370 did not recommend the amendment.
