The Supreme Court has ordered the prime minister to declare the Panama case, saying Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was dismissed as an illiterate and ordered to leave the immediate post. The court has also ordered the reference to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Hassan, Hussain, Mary Nawaz, his son-in-law Captain Safdar and filed a reference against Finance Minister Ishaq Dar. The Supreme Court has ordered the decision to be lodged against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif while the reference should be sent to NAB in six weeks; the decision to be done in 6 months should also be filed on London Flats against Prime Minister.
Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ejaz Al Ahsan were included in the 5-member larger bench of the Supreme Court.
