High Court dismisses petitions against Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Captain (R) Safdar

The High Court removed applications against Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Captain (R) Safdar. The applicant said that the law of NAB has ended after the 18th amendment; the punishment given under dead law should be rejected. Justice Aitir Mehmood and Justice Shahid Jameel Khan, headed by Justice Shahid Waheed, 3-member full bench of the Lahore High Court, Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Captain (R) hearing the petition against Safdar. The petitioner for the court adjourned that the law of NAB has ended since the 18th amendment. The person living in the country 3 times was punished under the law which has ended. The petitioner requested that Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, Captain Safdar, was given under dead law, which is illegal, Justice Nawaz Sharif and others dismiss the sentence given under the dead body of NAB. The court adjourns the applications after hearing the arguments of the party.
