Iran has sent the International Court of Justice against the sanctions imposed by the United States. According to the International News Agency, Iran has made its trial in the International Court of Justice against US sanctions in which the sanctions imposed by the United States have been called to be a discrimination action, demanding to end the sanctions. Iran’s trial will continue for 4 days and its decision is expected in a month. Iran’s lawyer Mosen Mohebi has been appointed in the International Court of Justice the US has imposed strict economic sanctions since the withdrawal of the Iranian nuclear deal. America revolves in renewing nuclear energy agreement and separately from the agreement on failure when other world powers were engaging with this agreement. Iran’s lawyer Mohsen Mohebi further added that Iran made a strong effort to find a diplomatic solution to the nuclear deal that was rejected. The United States also violated the 1955 agreement between the two countries and imposed multiple restrictions. Iranian lawyer Mohsen Mohebi demanded that the 2015 nuclear deal was imposed after the renewal the World Justice Justice should play its role in suspending American sanctions. On the other hand, US Minister of State Mike Pompeo called on Iran’s International Court of Justice interfering in US affairs, the International Court of Justice has called for fighting a legal war.
