Are personally secular. That is why at one time he disliked the two-nation theory. Question: The Modi government almost abolished Article 370 and made the state of Jammu and Kashmir a part of India. How do you see the move?

Answer: Kashmiris were not taken into confidence in making this decision. I think now the armed struggle against Indian rule in Kashmir will increase. There may be a guerrilla war against India like Vietnam. Guerrilla warfare proves successful when the masses become supporters of raiding groups. Due to the foolishness of Indian rulers, the majority of Kashmiris living in Kashmir Valley became anti-India. Now they don’t like us. With the steps taken by the Modi government, Kashmiris can now join the armed strugglewho did not believe in it before. They can get all kinds of weapons from the global arms market.

The main weapon of guerrilla warlords is to attack suddenly and unexpectedly. They decide when, where and how to attack. Attack, run away and attack the easy signs. Leave the challenge is their traditional strategy. Now, it will happen that the Kashmiri guerrillas can end all those Kashmiris by calling them traitors who are in favor of Indian government. This is what happened in Vietnam. It may be that Kashmiris, who are included in the Jammu and Kashmir police, become their first target. After that, there will be raids against the Indian army and para-military forces. Kashmiri guerrillas then attacked Indian military convoy. Little military checkpoints were targeted. This situation can do a lot of damage to Indian forces. Cutting a honey bee doesn’t hurt much, but when the whole hive bees attack, they can kill anyone.

Guerrilla warfare also has negative psychological effects on the Allied forces. Our young men have to be on guard at all times while fighting the Kashmiri guerrillas. A young man needs rest and sleep. But the guerrillas’ actions can make them lose this comfort. America’s War of Independence Napoleon Bona Part’s Return to Russia China’s war of independence and Vietnam’s war also had the special purpose of guerrillas attacking the enemy at night or at unexpected times. In this way the whole army suffers from the psychological fear of attacks and the young cannot sleep comfortably. Losing comfort and peace, most soldiers become violent and angry. In such a case, Indian troops will further torture the Kashmiri people. But in response, more Kashmiris became part of the armed struggle. I think one army can compete with another, but they never fight with the public armed forces. A lion will also drop an elephant, but it will not stand in front of a mosquito net.

In traditional warfare we know where the enemy is. Guerrillas are everywhere in the battle, but finding them is akin to finding salt in flour. These guerrillas then act as shadows. In traditional warfare, the enemy is wearing a uniform. Guerrillas blend in with civilians raiding the war. As with the US troops in Vietnam, they could not distinguish between civilians and guerrillas. In the same situation, the Indian troops in Kashmir who were suspected of being guerrillas will shoot it. But he can also be an ordinary citizen. Such a massacre would intensify the sentiment against India in the valley. As a result, the number of guerrillas will increase and the Indian army will have to suffer a lot of financial and financial loss in the valley. It is possible that as US forces had to withdraw from Vietnam, so too would the Indian forces remain in Kashmir.

Question: But the Modi government claims that its move will make the state of Jammu and Kashmir a prosperous state and bring prosperity there.

Answer: Who will invest in the area where the bullets are fired? I do not agree with the government’s claim that the state will progress. The rise of the armed movement will only make the situation worse. Despite the passing of 70 years, our rulers could not win the hearts of the Kashmiris, but with their strenuous attitude, the Kashmiri people became against India. As a Kashmiri, I have always condemned the atrocities committed on Kashmiris. I say that if the people of Kashmir think that after liberation there will be control over poverty and ignorance and their standard of living will be high, so the Indian government should give them freedom.

Question: The Modi government’s controversial measures are occasionally shaking the clouds of war on the subcontinent. What is the matter?

Answer: We must remember that Pakistan is a nuclear power. If Indian forces attacked him, then India too would suffer a huge loss. We must recognize the fact that the majority of Muslims in the state of Jammu and Kashmir are against India. Now armed organizations will have the support of more Kashmiri people. This style was born by the Indian rulers themselves.

Question: It is being said that RSS and BJP want secularism of Indian constitution. Is that right

Answer: The only destination of Hindu nationalists is to establish a Hindu nationality in India. Therefore, the secular constitution can hinder them. But if they tamper with the Indian Constitution, more separatist movements will emerge in India. The reason is that the Indian Constitution has united different Indian states and federated them. India is populated with people belonging to different castes, races, religions, languages and cultures. Their customs and traditions are different from each other. But thanks to the Indian constitution, unity was created so that citizens could develop and prosper in particular. Nevertheless, there is a specific state-style government in each state. State governments are governed by their own state, acting on them. Articles 245 to 248 of the Indian Constitution explain what is the scope of federal and states and what responsibilities they should perform.

As if the Indian Constitution gave all states some kind of autonomy. If the RSS and the BJP legislated to reduce or eliminate this sovereignty so anger will arise in local groups in many states. They will rightly realize that the federation wants to subjugate them. In such a critical situation, separation movements can arise in many states, such as Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Nagaland, and Goa. The greatest feature of the Indian Constitution is to create unity among people of different castes, races, religions and so on. That is why the yeast of the Indian Constitution is made of secularism. If it is done on this basis, then India’s defeat may begin.

Question: You often criticize parliamentary democracy. What is the reason for this?

Answer: Parliamentary democracy is the invention of the British. It has its pros and cons, but it cannot be successful in India. The reason is that in a parliamentary democracy the majority of the people on the other side are considered as powerful and ruling. But the majority of the people in our country are ignorant and passionate. They make decisions based on not emotions or interests. That is why rupees, molai and even adulterers reach the parliament for money and influence.

In the past Europe and America too, the majority of the people were illiterate and imprisoned. For example, astronomers told Princeton that the earth revolves around the sun, so everyone from the pope to the public made fun of it. The clergy had dragged Galileo into court. Then the theory was common that the Earth system is the center of the solar system. Galileo’s life escaped with difficulty, or people would have wanted to burn him in the fire. Likewise, in America’s early history, such individuals succeeded in holding important government positions, even as president, who were morally or financially corrupt.

Indian society in the past was badly affected by Indian society. The common people are prejudiced and outdated by the prejudice of the narrow-minded. When the elections come, they do not see whether the candidate is honest, talented and actionable. They look to see if the candidate can benefit them in any way.

And what religion and ethnic group he belongs to. Unfortunately, most of our politicians are selfish and imprisoned for their own desires. They come into politics to serve the people and not to promote the country and the nation. That is why parliamentary politics in India has become a joke. It created cunning and wealthy elite that occupied most of the national resources. Peanuts are kept public. I think a presidential-style government can be more successful in India. But it is important that a president comes to power, which is honest, loyal and public, and then the rule of governance can reach the people.

Question: The economic crisis has arisen in India. What are the reasons for this?

Answer: In 2014, Narendra Modi came to power claiming that he would fix the country’s economy and government system. But in the last 5 years he has not shown any achievement. Economic growth also mainly resulted from falling oil prices, but the effects of this growth did not reach the people. They still suffer from poverty, hunger and ignorance. What is the benefit of an economic development that benefits only a few million Indians who already have wealth? I think our government system is corrupt. Our politicians are actually bullies. They should be hanged. They have no attachment or attachment to the country. The truth is that their interests are in conflict with the interests of the country.

The main purpose of our politicians today is to make life somehow win. In order to win the election, the RSS, BJP and other opposition parties have made religion and caste system their weapon. They divided Indian society on religious, ethnic and linguistic grounds. Through them they restored their influence in their realms. But the national interest requires that the weapons of feudalism be eliminated so that the country and the nation can progress. But most modern politicians belong to the same system. They have adopted the method of feudalism. That is why they do not want to end this system. Tell me how when 400,500 politicians host a state, how can it develop? Currently most of our domestic resources are in the hands of a handful of classes. Only a revolution can make the Indian people a share in domestic resources.

Question: We have the impression that RSS and BJP government officials are deploying important positions in the royal, security forces and people who agree with their ideology in the judiciary. Is that right

Answer: The truth is that whenever a new ruler comes in, he or she likes to deploy the entire government structure. The basic question is: Has the new government changed the lives of the people? In India, Pakistan and other developing countries, poverty, unemployment, hunger, lack of health care, ignorance, rising inflation and suicides are the real problems of the people. The government that cannot solve these problems is useless and wasteful. Then the public does not care whether the approved governess has become the governor or the wanted person is made the secretary.

Question: Hindu nationalist leaders claim that they are the true interpreters of Hinduism. Do you agree with this claim?

Answer: I believe that RSS and BJP leaders are not fully aware of the history, ideology and thinking of Hinduism. They made Hinduism a means of reaching power. I know more about them than Hinduism. That’s why eating meat, speaking Urdu and meeting Muslims is not considered a sin. It is important to understand the practices of these so-called Hindu nationalists. For example, in ancient times Ram has been a great king. He was a good ruler. Its real or hypothetical achievements are described in an epic tale, Ramayana. In modern times, it was made a god. The reason was that Hindu nationalists wanted to bring Hindus under their umbrella against Muslims in the name of Ram so that they could increase their vote bank. The ideological base of the BJP is based on hatred of the minorities and this party flourishes and flourishes when corruption and violence against minorities arise.

Question: India has not been able to get rid of caste system even today. What are the reasons for this?

Answer: The main reason is that the upper caste Indian does not want to partner the lower caste Hindus in the resources. This error occurs from top to bottom. In fact, 28 years ago, my judge’s chair was in danger because of this error. It happened that I was appointed as a judge in the Allahabad High Court in November 1991. That same day, a teacher named Naresh Chand was posted by a state department of education in a school in Ghaziabad district. But the District Inspector of Schools did not accept the appointment. The reason was that Naresh was a little untouchable, while that job was reserved for scheduled casts, ie, upper caste Hindus.

Harish Chand challenged his appointment to cancel the appointment in the Allahabad High Court and this case came to me. After hearing all the arguments, I decided that Harish Chand’s appointment was in accordance with the law. So the decision to cancel it was rejected. Students from all over the country applauded my decision, but members of Schedule Cats in Parliament turned against me. Soon I started getting snarky phones and letters. I had to call the police to protect myself. The same day the newspaper read that the members of the Scheduled Castes Assembly were going to introduce a bill against me so that I could be prosecuted. I was surprised. The bill did not come up, but I was kept in my house for several months. Even exercise in the morning became a problem. Gradually, when the matter became cold, I came to life.

Question: Do you think ordinary Indian citizens have justice in the courts?

Answer: First, understand the meaning of the word justice. Justice is not just found in the courts, it really means that every citizen of the state has a chance to live a good life. They ate good food, stayed in a good house, and got well-dressed and got education and health care. Children, too, have a prosperous life, this is called justice. Justice is found in the courts but it is not necessary to solve the problem. For example, a landlord sued his tenant in court. He won the case and the tenant was ordered to vacate the house. But where should the reluctant tenant go now? As if the decision did not solve the housing problem. The justice is that both the landlord and the tenant have their own home. Since India’s existing system does not provide both houses, it is not a source of justice. It is a corrupt system of government.

Question: Are you satisfied with the performance of the judiciary in India?

Answer: My brother has destroyed the judiciary in this country. Usually, 25, 20 years pass before a case is decided. What kind of judicial system is this? I would call it shameful and humiliating. Let’s say a citizen will wait 25 years to get his case settled? In this judicial system, the common man cannot get justice. The main reason for this error is that our judges have been corrupted. You go to any High Court. Its building will be magnificent. Colorful flowers will be open in the lawn. In the rooms there will be valuables, but in those rooms, the justices eat the bribe. So this is just an outward show. In fact, our judicial system is open. Actually there is a government system or every judicial system is run by human beings. When honest, talented and capable of running a system, it automatically becomes the best. But if the runners are corrupt and incompetent, then the system has to be corrupted. See, in our case, the most senior judge develops in the Supreme Court or the High Court. However, the standard of development should be whether he made justice decisions? Is he an honest judge? Mere sanity should not be the standard of development.

Question: What is the future of secularism in India?

Answer: The rising popularity of Hindu nationalists seems bleak. It is also true that the majority of Hindus are insensitive, but infidel. When extremist Hindus oppress Muslims, the majority of their religions keep quietly watching. They may not recognize the move at heart but do not try to stop the extremists. Many think that it is good that Muslims should be taught a lesson. Only a small number of Hindus express their anger at the terrible attacks on minorities. Secularism is a modern theory that originated in European countries. It can flourish in a society where education and knowledge are the rule. Indian society is still backwardly biased and ignorant. So secularism could not flourish here. Since the Sangh Parivar came to power, it is taking its last breath.

Question: What steps should the Indian government take regarding Kashmir issue?

Answer: See there are two ways before the Indian government in this issue. The first way is to accept Pakistan as a legitimate and legitimate state by adopting a two-nation view. According to this view, Muslims and Hindus are two different nations. In this case, India should be handed over to Kashmir Pakistan because the majority of the population there is Muslim. An individual (Maharaja) cannot decide the fate of the people. The second way is to not accept the two nationalist ideologies and declare that the establishment of Pakistan is illegal and illegal. Let us close our embassy there and take every possible step that Pakistan will merge with India again. Now you can guess by the steps taken by the Modi government which way it is going.

Question: What do you think is the real problem of Indian Muslims?

Answer: I think that after partition India did not get the qualified and talented leadership of Indian Muslims who would assemble them on a platform. Initially, Muslims voted for Congress candidates for several years, so that Hindu nationalists could not come to power. When the Congress collapsed, they became affiliated with local parties like the Samajwadi Party. But he could not stand in front of the Modi wave. Indian Muslims today are very disturbed and disturbed. They do not know whom to support. Seeing them as helpless, Hindu extremists are targeting them to suppress the Muslims further.

Question: The RSS and the BJP are usually affiliated with the Nazi Party in Germany. Is that right

Answer: This is somewhat true. Theoretically, both fascists have ideas. For example, one race dominates the other and the opposition should be destroyed. But there is a fundamental difference between the Nazi Party and the Hindu nationalist parties. When the Nazi Party came to power, Germany had become an industrial and economic power. With this power, Hitler took over the neighboring countries and with the help of the resources there waged new wars. He blamed the Jews for the political and economic problems of the German nation and massacred them.

India, however, is a developing country and poverty and ignorance abound here. In 2014, Narendra Modi came to power with the slogan of development. He claimed that he would give jobs to all the unemployed. Health and education facilities will be available to every citizen. But Modi’s promises could not be fulfilled. The Indian economy is currently in decline.

The RSS and the BJP have launched campaigns against Muslims to divert attention from the economic crisis. Like Nazi Germans, they blame minorities for their political and economic problems. That is why Hindu nationalists have systematically targeted Muslims. There is no doubt that they have the support of the Hindu majority. But this drama cannot last long. The reason is that bread is the real problem of the common man. He does this all day long so that he can find bread to feed his wife and children. The majority of Hindus will finally realize that the real problems are not the construction of a cow raksha or Ram temple rather, it is that the youth get employment, eliminate poverty and solve the problems of health and education.

Question: Can Pakistan and India resolve their differences through dialogue?

Answer: I think that first British English and then American whites created a big systematic and clever disagreement between Hindus and Muslims in the Indian subcontinent. In fact, there was no apparent enmity or hatred between the two groups before. Differences were created so that India could not gain world power. Then, due to the Pak-India confrontation, the international forces had the golden opportunity to earn trillions of rupees annually by selling arms to both countries. If India and Pakistan unite today, the quality of life of the citizens of these countries will rise in a few years. Eliminate poverty and ignorance and all Sikhs should stay in China. But the friendship between Pakistan and India will cause a tremendous economic loss to the global powers. That is why superpowers fire the differences between the two countries so that they can ignite. That is their benefit.

Question: India wants to be a member of the UN Security Council but it has not been successful. What is the reason?

Answer: France and the UK are also members of the Security Council. Their population is between 7.6 million. India’s population is one billion 35 million but it could not become a member of the Security Council, despite the concerted efforts. The main reason is that India is a backward country. There are tens of millions of poor people. No one in the world honors the poor beggar. When there were millions of poor people living in China, the world looked at Chinese people with contempt and called them Afionchi. But when the same nation adopted science and technology and became an industrial and economic power, China began to be viewed with envy and envy all over the world.

Now, Chinese respect is everywhere. France and the United Kingdom, despite being a small country, gained such importance that they advanced in science and technology. The Indians could not access the science and technology because India is surrounded by narrow minded and narrow minded people. He is still caught up in caste system bias and unscientific ideologies. Unless the Indian nation advances in the field of science and technology, poverty will remain trapped in ignorance and humiliation.
