Foreign Minister Jawad Zarif said that the three major European Union countries – Germany, France and Britain – have failed to deliver on their promises. In these circumstances, the EU has no right to make any threat to Tehran or set a deadline for it, analysts say. European delegates say talks on US sanctions and Iranian nuclear program were not closed.
