The United States sends another 3,000 troops to Saudi Arabia to help protect oil installations in a special state and many types of military equipment will be sent along with them. According to a Pentagon statement, it has been decided to send more troops to Saudi Arabia. US Defense Secretary Mark Esper has also announced the sending of two batteries, one THA, AD ballistic missile interception system, two flight squadrons and An Air Expeditionary Wing to the Patriot missiles system. The Pentagon statement said that the US Defense Secretary in this regard has informed the official deployment of the army to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman, and assured of strengthening the Saudi defense. In this way, 3000 more troops will be sent to the state.

The Pentagon added that these measures have been taken in view of the threat posed by the region so as to avoid Iranian aggression. Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman himself requested it from the United States. According to the US Department of Defense, the deployment of 3000 troops has increased its force to 14,000 in the region and has been designated a Central Command Area. A month ago, Saudi Arabia’s major oil installations were attacked with missiles that were blamed on Iran, but Iran denied the allegations.
