Following the formation of Hezbollah’s government, led by the new Lebanese Prime Minister Hassan Diab, the United States plans to stop all aid to Lebanon. According to Arab TV, this was revealed in a special report released by the newspaper on US national security issues. According to the report, differences between President Donald Trump’s administrations over US aid to Lebanon have been eliminated. Now, after the formation of Hizbullah’s government under the leadership of Hassan Diab in Lebanon, US aid will be withheld. The newspaper believes that everyone in the US administration agrees that the new government in Lebanon is controlled by the pro-Iranian Hezbollah. The report clarified that the Foreign Ministry had warned the Congress that if US taxpayers’ money fell into Hezbollah’s hands, Lebanese funding would be withheld.

According to documents presented by the US newspaper, Senator Ted Cruz used the nomination of Foreign Ministry candidate Dorothy Shea as the next ambassador to Lebanon. In a letter to the newspaper, Dorthey wrote that I was obliged to comply with US laws and policies as instructed. They include ensuring that US aid does not benefit Hizbollah or any other terrorist group in any way. The report added that the recently elected government in Lebanon has made the country closer to Hezbollah than ever before. Its members will consist of individuals who publicly support the terrorist organization and receive their orders from Tehran.
