Most of the 151 states voted for this resolution, while the states were divided into 6 states, states of the United States, Canada, and Micronesia, the territories of Israel, Marshall Islands, and Nauru. Apart from this, 9 states avoided voting on Australia, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Honduras, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, South Sudan and Togo.
