Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday. The joint declarations of Saudi Arabia and India agreed that interference in domestic affairs was unacceptable; on the other hand, 12 agreements have been signed between India and Saudi Arabia. In addition, Saudi Arabia and India have expressed satisfaction with the progress made in bilateral special relations in the fields of politics, economy, security, defense and labor force. According to details, the special relationship between Saudi Crown Prince and Modi was reviewed and regional and global issues of common interest were discussed. The statement said that special participation in efforts to ensure the safety and security of waterways in the Indian Ocean and Gulf regions is of the utmost importance. The aim is to address the risks posed in the aforementioned areas that could affect many interests, including national security for both countries. The two sides once again believed that the two countries were committed to strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries. In this regard, the signing of the document of establishment of a Council on Strategic Partnership and the establishment of a Council was welcomed between the two countries.
