Islamabad … News Time

The Supreme Court of Pakistan, the current Chief Justice, Saqib Nisar, has reminiscated the memories of former Chief Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, with his style of fairness. Just as the former chief Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary used to completely purify the ruler and government missionary by taking independent notes in various matters, similarly, the current Chief Justice, Saqib Nisar has also pushed the government into a closed street by issuing tough decisions in the cases of corruption against the main leaders of the ruling party. While many cases, due to the Somoto Action, ministers and bureaucracy are facing major problems.

Former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif said to the Chief Justice, without his tough decisions, statements and actions of the Chief Justice. What is going on in the country is not less than the Judicial Martial Law. Nawaz Sharif not only compromised but rather than that, he said that there is no democracy in the country rather, the Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar’s worst dictatorhip.

Nawaz Sharif said that such restrictions were not carried out in dictatorships which are now being seen. Now, is it to see if this procedure and style of Chief Justice is fair? Should the Chief Justice of Pakistan intervene in administrative matters? Should the Chief Justice talk and give statements like politicians? And on the other hand, do the ministers and leaders of the current government have this moral right? That they criticize the Chief Justice and Judiciary’s decisions? Accuse the judiciary like this? And judge the judiciary?

The opinion of the analysts is that society and society cannot develop society in the society and society. It must be a solid system to provide justice; it must be an independent judiciary and it is also necessary for the judiciaries that make decisions that ordinary people can understand that justice has happened and justice seems to be seen. Unfortunately, we have always been able to separate the quality of law and justice for the weak and powerful in the country, Poor is punished in small cases and their cases have been pressured in crude files for justice for many years, but decisions are not issued. These cases against the rich and the powerful are lesser. There are few examples in which a powerful person or group has been punished by courts. If a powerful person has been punished, he has not been punished on appeal to a poor or oppressed or on request rather, there are powerful sentences which weaken in cases between two powerful parties. In recent times, if Nawaz Sharif has come to court in court case so it was not a complaint of a common poor, or oppressed family, but Nawaz Sharif’s opponent was brought into custody after the appeals, protests and threats of the powerful group, and he was punished by the court. He was removed from the post of Prime Minister in the same case. The decision was taken to keep them away from politics forever and today even today, they are getting rid of courts.

Now, when Nawaz Sharif is disqualified by the court, does he have this moral right? That criticizes the judicial verdict and calls it a martial law or worst dictatorship. Because in the past, when PPP’s Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani was given a disqualified sentence so it was Nawaz Sharif and his fellow leader who raised this slogan that the victory and truth came, The court has decided on the right and Yusuf Raza Gilani should leave the ministry’s position immediately, Gilani has lost the moral privilege of staying on the ministry, respecting the judicial decision and so on. If the verdicts are issued against them today, then should they criticize these decisions, Should not they respect the judicial decisions.

If Nawaz Sharif and other leaders present this time, the decision to disagree on such a judicial order against any elected prime minister is not correct. So they should consider their previous behavior before saying this. On this occasion, if the ruling party with former prime minister and solving these matters instead of taking them into court and later the legislative and comprehensive legislation to prevent such problems so Nawaz Sharif and his party today do not see this difficult day and day. There is no doubt that judicial decisions and the government and the government are facing grave difficulties and the government machinery is completely dissatisfied, Currently, the management machinery in the country and especially Islamabad in Islamabad, All decisions and orders are being issued from the court, Whether there is a case of appointment to the top positions, there is a case of paying salaries to employees, There is a matter of supply of medicines and facilities to hospitals, There is a matter of supply of clean drinking water to the citizens, in every important case, the Supreme Court is working, the Supreme Court is issuing orders.

On the previous days, the Supreme Court had ordered the personnel to withdraw the law enforcement agencies, who were criticized. Mian Nawaz Sharif, daughter of Mian Nawaz Sharif, criticized the Supreme Court criticizing social media and said that if something happened to his father, his responsibility would be to the Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar. Later, the court gave a clarification that the lives of those who are threatened they should be provided security personnel according to law. Chief Justice said specifically Mian Nawaz Sharif is the prime minister and according to law, the security they should provide should be provided. After seeing all these situations, it seems that the current Chief Justice, Saqib Nisar, has updated memories of former Chief Iftikhar Chaudhary.
