The Afghan Taliban has allowed the Red Cross to operate throughout Afghanistan. Russia, China, Iran and other countries have also requested their citizens inside Afghanistan to stay away from government schemes. In this regard, the Taliban are showing the possibility of major actions. According to a report, the Afghan Taliban approved the Red Cross request several months later and allowed the Red Cross to operate all over Afghanistan, after which the Red Cross has resumed operations in 32 provinces of Afghanistan, including Kabul. The families of Afghan prisoners were in a wave of joy. For the past several months, Afghan prisoners have been unable to contact their families after the Taliban banned the Red Cross.

Afghan Taliban Media Commission member Haroon Balkhi said that the Afghan Taliban had banned the Red Cross because of promising violations and that the ban was not just in Taliban-controlled areas, but for the whole of Afghanistan. Therefore, the Red Cross stopped its work in Afghanistan, causing problems for Afghan prisoners. While the Red Cross requested a renegotiation agreement, all Taliban conditions agreed that Red Cross would not share messages sent by Afghan Taliban prisoners to their relatives with the Afghan government and US officials. Afghan soldiers and policemen will not be traveling in Red Cross cars while traveling to Red Cross in remote areas of Afghanistan. Along with this, medicines and food will be provided to the deserving ones, and justice will be served instead of the wishes of the Afghan personnel stationed at the Red Cross. The Red Cross signed the agreement with the Afghan Taliban, and the Taliban allowed the Red Cross to operate throughout Afghanistan. According to Haroon Balkhi, whatever the world says, but international organizations, including the Red Cross, know that work is not possible without the Taliban’s permission in Afghanistan. He said that the families of some Afghan prisoners not affiliated with the Taliban had appealed to the Afghan Taliban to allow the Red Cross to work. The letters and other messages from his captive relatives have stopped receiving. The only way they can communicate with their relatives is through the Red Cross. Because they are remote areas they do not have the funds to travel to Kabul and other areas. That’s why the Taliban allowed the Red Cross to work.

Following the Red Cross, other major charities have also begun negotiations with the Taliban to resume work in Afghanistan. The one-time authorization by the Afghan Taliban means that the Afghan Taliban is making the world believe that Afghanistan is practically their government. On the other hand, the Afghan Taliban has called on its supporters, including China, Russia, Iran, Central Asian countries, whose officials are working on various projects in Afghanistan, to stop them from working on those projects. Their lives could be at stake. Therefore, diplomats from Russia, China and other countries should inform the Taliban in advance while traveling in Afghanistan so that their caravans do not suffer.

According to sources, the purpose of such a request from the Taliban to their allies is that the Taliban are planning major actions in the event that negotiations do not begin. They wish their supporters and friends of the countries and their citizens would not be harmed. That is why they have urged their friendly countries to stay away from the Afghan government’s plans. Afghan Taliban, Mahmood Ghaznavi and Khalid Bin Walid have released all the details, including photos of thousands of militants completing their training. So far, more than 3200 fighters have registered their names for the fiduciary attacks. However, after training thousands of commandos, they have been sent to different parts of Afghanistan.

According to sources, the Afghan Taliban wants to spread the war across the country so that the United States and its allies in Afghanistan can be engaged and taken action to the maximum. On the other hand, according to sources, secret diplomacy has also begun to resume talks between the Afghan Taliban and the US. Arab countries also want to resume talks immediately after the events in Saudi Arabia. Because the US can invade the major US military bases in Afghanistan during a possible US invasion of Iran, which will spread not only to Afghanistan and Central Asia. In addition, the Afghan Taliban will be able to do more to harm America.
