Switzerland has approved the acquisition of relaxation in local citizenship to foreigners through a referendum. This relaxation of 60 percent of voters supported the acquisition of the Swiss citizenship to third-generation foreigners. Swiss broadcaster 60.4 per cent of the voters in the last referendum were supported by the fact the acquisition of local citizenship to third-generation foreigners living in EU countries should be made much easier.
