Indian Supreme Court dismissed the Babri Masjid revision case and made a new bench on October 29; the Babari Mosque will hear the case. According to the Indian media, the case was reviewed for the review of Ismail Faruqui Case in 1994 in the Supreme Court. After hearing the arguments, the decision of the controversial case was heard. Judge of the three-member bench, Justice Dipak Misra and Justice Ashok Bhushan gave a decision against the revision request. While Justice S Nazeer heard the decision in favor of the revision request. However, majority of the decisions were acknowledged.

Bench rejected the petition for formulation of Lawrence bench in 1994 for Ismail Faruqui revision case and a new bench comprising three members has been formed to hear the original case of Babri Masjid. This bench will decide on ownership of the land between the Sunni Waqaf Board, Nirmohi Akhara and Ramlala Virajmaan on land dispute at the place of Babri Masjid. Justice Ashok Bhushan said the verdict of the revision case was due to the absence of the Chief Justice, while studying himself. The words of the decision of the Ismail Faruqui case is not the mandatory part of the mosque for paying Namaz or prayers in Islam but Namaz or prayers can be read anywhere, does not mean mosques have nothing to do with Islam. Therefore, the words of Ismail Faruqui will not affect the Ayodhya case.

Ismail Faruqui filed a case in 1994 by the Indian Government of India, hearing its verdict the court said that there is no need for mosques to pay Namaz or prayers for Muslims. Prayer can also be read at home in the Babri Masjid case, Muslim Muslim representatives fear that the right of Muslims to be removed from Babri Masjid, based on the decision of Ismail Faruqui therefore the revision request was filed on the 1994 case. This issue was started when the Hindu militants martyred Babri Masjid in Ayodhya on December 6, 1992. It was owned by Sunni Waqaf Board and was a historical building building. This mosque was constructed in the year 1528, during the Mughal King Babar period 450 years ago. After the martyrdom of the mosque, Muslim riots broke out throughout India.

On the other hand, the Hindu extremist group accused of accusing him that the Babri Masjid is based on the origin of Lord Ram. The Mughal King Babar had built the Babri Masjid by filling the temple. It is the position of Hindus’s religious position. However, the extremist party could not offer any evidence. It is clear that in 2010 Allahabad High Court ordered the land to be divided into three sides namely Ramlala Virajmaan, Nirmohi Akhara and Sunni Waqaf Board. On which the sides challenged the verdict in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court formed three subsidy new benchs which will be hearing on October 29.
