The Supreme Court passed the five-member bench of the bench to revive the Panama case verdict. The case was sent to Chief Justice for the formation of a 5-member bench. Former Prime Minister’s children’s lawyer said that if a member of the three-member bench was received, the decision of the five-member bench would remain. On the Panama case verdict, hearing of the Supreme Court of the Sharif and his children’s contempt appeal was heard. A three-member bench headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan was hearing. Earlier hearing, Salman Akram Raja, former Prime Minister’s children’s lawyer, said that he was also not a member of the bench. The revised appeal against the 5-member bench’s decision should be heard first. Justice Ejaz Afzal said that in the revised appeal all the guruds are against the 3-member bench’s decision. The majority in the Panama case was a 3-member bench. Salman Akram Raja said that I have made the main questions against the decision in revision. The 3-member bench was decided in the decision of the five-member bench, if the relief from the 3-member bench was received, the decision of the 5-member bench would remain, There is a 5-member bench hearing the revised appeal. Salman Akram Raja stressed that the decision was taken by the 5-member bench of the bench on July 28, so the revised appeal should be made in a 5-member bench. And for this, a 5-member lender bench will be formed. The court approved the 5-member bench formation, the hearing of the case was adjourned till tomorrow.
