Sudan’s military intervention council and active parties for change have officially signed a formula for options. Regarding the Legislative Council, consideration will be lifted up until the establishment of independent council. A new process will be processed for a permanent constitution in the country. The new program will be set up for the reform of the state structure and the military organization will be reformed within the law circle.

On Wednesday, Hassan Habbat, the African Union’s delegate, said Sudan’s military and civil leadership started the coming phase from today. After which Sudan has entered a new era. Ethiopian delegate of mediator Mahmoud Derer said that the agreement between the Army and Civil Leadership program is a great moment for Sudan. He said that the Sudanese nation deserved today. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Amin, leader of the “Freedom and Challenge Forces”, said that every step by which the Sudan community should be divided will have to be away. Former commander of the armed forces interim council, Vice-Lieutenant General Muhammad Hamadan, General Hamamed Hamdan Dagalo, described the establishment of a military council comprising civil and military leadership, as the date historian for the Sudanese people.
