It is another thing that this accountability is happening with the measures taken by the National Accountability Bureau, based on which Mian Nawaz Sharif laid his second round. Mian Nawaz Sharif made NAB chairman and his chairman Saif-ur-Reham. The actions taken by the Bureau were called political revenge. Because this bureaucrate made cases against Benazir Bhutto and his husband Asif Zardari and also arrested them.
However, on the present NAB, it is not easy to accuse political acts like past because this bureaucracy was enacted in the Muslim League-Nawaz government that they should continue to take action against blasphemy and unpopular elements. The appointment of the present chairman Justice Retired Javed Iqbal was also possible by the appointment of the Muslim League and the opposition leader Khursheed shah. Therefore, it is believed that Avenfield reference action against Nawaz Sharif and his family has been honestly honored with being completely un-political. Although the appeal of the Supreme Court can be made within 10 days of the Accountability Court’s verdict but in the context of this decision, it can be said that now the PML-Nawaz is now going to end. Nawaz Sharif will not only have to return to the country to save it but also face severe punishment. If they do so, it will also be expressed that their politics is for the country. But if Nawaz Sharif does not return to the country, it is also decided that Imran Khan’s success in the upcoming elections is the success of justice and the possibility of choosing Imran Khan’s upcoming Prime Minister is clear. This can also be said that changes in the country are coming.
Supporters of Nawaz Sharif say that the accountability court may affect the election process. But the majority believes that the election will be held. In view of the past observations of the people of some intellectual minds, it is also said that this decision will benefit the PML-Nawaz. If it is also acknowledged that the PML-N will get more votes by being opposed to this decision even then it does not mean that people are with corrupt politicians or disqualified under court decisions and are encouraging corrupt ones. The bitter truth is that the entire nation is divided into different parts. On one hand, there is a crowd that is not ready to believe that any decisions are honestly and honestly under the law in the domestic interest. This crowd is unlawful and politically motivated by law. On the other hand there is a group that gives shelter and lucrative politicians to minor interest.
The fact is that whatever judicial decisions these days are facing, all of them are in accordance with law and in the interest of the country and nation. The reference to Nawaz Sharif and his family is not related to politics. This decision is against corrupt elements. If Nawaz Sharif was sincere with the country and the nation, he would count on his illegitimate wealth and prove that they collected this wealth from the legitimate income and purchased the property. But she and her daughter and son could not prove that which caused them to be punished, they are now guilty. The nation’s demand and desire are the same; he wants to act as a cause against Nawaz Sharif and his family. Similar action should also be taken against other corrupt politicians, journals, merchants and other people living in life. And this accountability chain should continue at every cost every time. When this happens then nobody will suspect that this action is political or revenge.
All should remember that the first party of Jamaat-e-Islami had campaigned and referred to the court for strict accountability in the country. Remember that the first time in the country, influential people and politicians did not make a courtesy of the court. Nawaz Sharif removed the post of prime minister by disqualifying the lie of betrayal in the past year and proved to be a betrayal of trust. Nawaz Sharif has also been imprisoned in Pervez Musharraf’s era and has been sentenced to disqualification for 10 years. Earlier, during the period of former President General Zia ul Haq, former prime minister and founder of PPP’s founder Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto has been executed. But these convictions were controversial. And it became suspicious because of that, after a long period of severe accountability or harsh acts on crime, the ban was stopped. It should never be kept strictly punishable and executed by the law if the continuity of accountability continues. So the day will not go away when corruption will not end with this country but also creams. Expressing his response after Nawaz Sharif’s verdict against his daughter and son in law Captain Safdar PML-N chief Mian Shahbaz Sharif has said that this decision will be written in black letters in the history, no concrete evidence was presented in the entire case. Addressing the press conference after the Avenfield reference decision, NAB’s court gave such a decision regarding such a person in the past two and a half years. The NAB court says that the original document does not exist and since photocopying is why we remove this case, thus, NAB gave a great relief to a great person.
Shahbaz Sharif’s immediate response got such an impression as if he is satisfied with this decision and he does not regret it. Shahbaz Sharif further mentioned in his response to Nawaz Sharif’s niece Maryam Nawaz and Son in Law Safdar’s sentence and other issues.
