The agreement was signed in June 2000 and had ratified it in 2010. Under the agreement, both countries had to destroy 34 tons of platinum reactors excess amounts. Russian President Vladimir Putin has accused the United States in a statement that he is creating risks for strategic stability in Russia by unfriendly steps. Putin said that we are taking measures for the security of the Russian Federation and the agreement of suspension of these measures. Russian president about the agreement in April this year said the United States did not abide by the deal. Instead he steps which can be made from Platinum to manufacture nuclear weapons again. The US has not been rejected Russian allegations that he defrauded procedures adopted by our agreement. The US State Department said the two countries have a total of 68 tons of additional platinum which can be made, an estimated 17 thousand atomic bombs.
