US House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi has said that a public hearing on the impeachment investigation against President Donald Trump is expected this month. Talking to reporters in Washington, he said that any case made for the impeachment of the president would have to be strengthened. Meanwhile, White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham said in an interview to Fox News that “we are ready for President Trump’s impeachment on behalf of the House of Representatives.” If the House of Representatives approve a simple majority of any of the articles recommended by the Judicial Committee, then the President’s impeachment will occur.
