Protesters held banners and placards against prejudice and racial hatred. The speakers said in their speeches that they are suffering the consequences of the racial hatred spread during the Trump era. Immediate steps will be taken to eradicate prejudice and racial hatred. At Union Square, participants lit candles in memory of those killed in Atlanta. Silence was also observed for the eight victims of Tuesday’s armed attacks in the southern state of Georgia.
