Thousands of protesters protest against the government’s judicial reforms in Poland came out on the streets and demanded to return a controversial bill. According to the international media, protesters have started protesting against the bill offered by the ruling party in the judicial system in Poland. The government has proposed to appoint a judge in high court in the Supreme Court to give parliament to President. If this bill passes, the deployment of judges in courts will be subject to approval of the parliament and the president. There were protest demonstrations in dozens of cities including capital Warsaw, capitalism against government bills of judicial reforms, which thousands of people attended. Demonstrators of independent judiciary, independent elections and independent Poland demonstrators said the reform bill was against the constitutional constitution. While the European Union has expressed reservations on the bill, it said that retirement of 40 percent judges from this type of bill does not comply with European laws. Poland’s President Andrzej Duda supported a bill in July this year whose opposition, as well as the EU, opposed it to revise it. The opposition said that the president’s move is dangerous for law enforcement. President Andrzej Duda voted for the two bills in which the appointment of senior judges was given to the Minister of Law.
