Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Safdar challenged decision of the NAB

Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam and son in law Safdar have challenged NAB’s court verdict in Islamabad High Court, today was the last day to appeal against the court verdict. Nawaz Sharif’s advocate Khawaja Harris’s assistant lawyer Aisha Hamid has challenged the judicial verdict, NAB, NAB court and judge has been formed in the petition. Appeal in filed petition has been appealed to dismiss all three, dismissing the order of unrest, fine, imprisonment and property arbitrator. Further appeal has been filed in the petition that Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, Mohammad Safdar should be released on the bail and appeal the punishment. Remember that accountability court July 10 sentenced former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to 10 years imprisonment in Avenfield reference case, Maryam Nawaz has sentenced to 7 years prisoner and Captain Safdar for a year’s imprisonment.
