Nawaz Sharif, Maryam and Safdar’s file appeals hearing today

The High Court’s two-member bench against the Avenfield reference decision earlier hearing on Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Captain (r) Safdar’s appeal will be done today. The High Court judge and NAB were made in favor of Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Captain (R) Safdar filed in Islamabad High Court. In the text of the appeal, it was said that accountability court sentenced to death without fulfilling the requirements of justice therefore dismissing Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Captain Safdar, dismissing the court order of imprisonment, fine, illegitimate and property arbitrarily. Appeal has been requested to suspend their punishment until the court adjourns the decision and be released on bail. The two-member bench comprising the High Court’s Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb will hear the appeal today.
On the other hand, Justice Mohammad Bashir, the Accountability Court, who sent former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Captain Safdar, sources in Avenfield references, apologized for further 2 references against Nawaz Sharif. In this regard, he sent a letter to the Islamabad High Court which was received by the High Court. Justice Mohammad Bashir of Accountability court in letter said that I have decided to take Avenfield reference and now I can not hear Al-Azizia and Flagship references, if the High Court is transferred to me.
It has been said in the letter that hearing of these references should be transferred to another court because Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer has also objected to me. It is clear that the Accountability Court hearing the issue of Avenfield Reference July 6 Nawaz Sharif sentenced 10, Maryam Nawaz to 7 and Captain Safdar for a year’s imprisonment. Apart from this, the court also issued permanent warrants of other suspects Hussain and Hassan Nawaz. Captain Safdar had arrested two days after the verdict while Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz were arrested on July 13 on return from London. All three suspects are in prison at Adeala.
Analysts have said that the use of Nazi language in the election campaign will lead to the benefit of the PTI, all political parties are involved in the use of Nazi language in the election campaign, the public is pleased with the use of Niazi language by political leaders, Nawaz, Maryam and Safdar are likely to be guaranteed before the election, Terrorist cases should not be established on political activities, Section 144 was not enforced in Lahore but it can not be funnier to make cases under NG workers, there are legal issues in the Counter Terrorism Act. Irshad Bhatti said that the electoral campaign includes all political parties in the use of Nazi language, the public is pleased with the use of Nazi language by political leaders, Nawaz Sharif, Kalsoom Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz are not being used on social media. Hafeezullah Niazi said that if political leaders use a joke or use naked language then its effects is bad, if the PTI’s performance in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was not performed, they do not need to use Hindi language. Mazhar Abbas said the use of good or bad language is related to training, language is not merely a public language or language, if political parties do not control the use of Nazi language then it will be damaged in a long run. Shahzad Chaudhary said that this campaign is being held in a negative way this time, the use of Nazi language will not affect the voters of political parties however neutral and conscious voters can take their own way.
Other questions against Nawaz Accountability, Maryam, Safdar filed appeals, will be guaranteed before the election? Reema Umar said before the election, the prospects of Nawaz, Maryam and Safdar are less likely to be guaranteed, the law is in place to suspend the decision of accountability against Nawaz, Maryam and Safdar, and they get the bail. But for this, Sharif family lawyer will have to prove clear issues in accountability court verdict.
