The United States has offered Russia cooperation to restore peace plan for Syria. US Secretary of State John Kerry has also expressed willingness to resolve the issue of Ukraine in a 3-hour long meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. US Secretary of State John Kerry met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow which discussed issues relating to the fight against the Syrian situation and ISIS. During the meeting, Foreign Minister offered cooperation to restore peace plan in Syria the ISIS also proposed increasing military and intelligence cooperation against al Qaeda. Russian President Putin said that joint efforts by both countries to resolve the crisis in Syria are important while John Kerry said the United States and Russia are in a position to not only to Syria but can bring a big change in the events in Ukraine.
