Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has reached Beijing on a fast-track tour of Beijing. It is China’s first official visit in the 7 years of a Japanese Prime Minister. Shinzo Abe will meet Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and President Xi Jinping on Friday. Shinzo Abe told reporters before leaving Tokyo that he was able to clean Korea’s nuclear weapons and want to confirm the cooperation of the settlement of the Japanese kidnapping issue. Japan’s position is that in the 1970s and 80s; at least 17 of its citizens were abducted by North Korean agents. Only five of them were returned. Shinzo Abe also said that he wants to negotiate a fair and fair trade and promote peace and security in the Middle East.
