Japanese government has decided to ban entry of citizens from different countries, including the United States, into the outbreak of the new Coronavirus outbreak. These will include China and South Korea as well as some Asian and European countries, where foreigners coming from Japan will be banned. According to media, the government of Japan has decided to increase the travel ban warning for all parts of the United States to the third level, the proposal to cancel the trip will also ban the entry of foreigners from the United States into Japan for the past two weeks. The move comes in the wake of a sharp increase in the number of infections in the United States.
The same would be true for most parts of Europe, including China, South Korea, Britain, and some countries in Southeast Asia, such as Thailand. As a result of these measures, foreigners coming from about one-third of the world’s countries and territories will be allowed to enter Japan without any special provision. Other countries and territories have been placed in the second tier, under which Japan will be asked to refrain from visiting those countries unnecessarily.
On the other hand, Japan’s Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga, has rejected a possible lockdown of cities to control the spread of the Coronavirus. He said that the decision of whether or not to impose an emergency will be made in a deliberate manner. It should be noted that under a special law, the Prime Minister has the authority to enforce an emergency to combat the global outbreak. Yoshihide Suga said the public’s employment would be severely affected if the emergency was implemented, therefore, this decision should be made after a very deliberate discussion with experts from different fields. Yoshihide Suga pointed out that the government’s actions against the Corona virus cause problems and problems for the common people.
