The Islamabad High Court has ordered the former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and the government to stop the proceedings of accountability court against the guarantor. In the Islamabad High Court Wednesday, at Athar Minhallah and Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb, Division bench, hearing the petition filed by the Ishaq Dar Accountability court on the request to issue a warrant arrest. The petitioner submitted to the lawyer Qazi Misbah Advocate and Qushien Faisal Mufti and Deputy NAB Prosecutor Court. During the hearing, Ishaq Dar’s lawyer Qazi Misbah Advocate took a stand that Ishaq Dar is sick and is undergoing treatment in London while Mulk’s medical certificate was also presented in accountability court. Yet, the action against them continues. The lawyer argued that there is a continuous record of evidence of accountability in the accountability court of Ishaq Dar; therefore, accountability court should be stopped from action. Justice Athar Minhallah, while talking to deputy prosecutor NAB Imran Shafique, said that we have 2 options, an option is to order an order to declare the order in order to complete the operation within 30 days, the second option is to stop the accountability court proceedings till the next hearing, which option would you like to go with? Prosecutor NAB Imran Shafique said that in such a case, I would like to go with another option. Justice Athar Minhallah quoted the report that you have confirmed, Prosecutor NAB said the report was sent through the Foreign Office which has not yet been answered. The court questioned why only 10 days were given to admit the accused; Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb has quoted how the court can give less than 30 days to advertise. And how can advertisement are declared without giving a 30-day anniversary under criminal code. Lawyer Ishaq Dar said that the impression that Ishaq Dar is running away from action however, we do not want to run away from the judicial proceedings, The court questioned when the accused went abroad, is he the sole accused, the lawyer Ishaq Dar said he went abroad abroad October 23. After the hearing of the arguments of the court, the Accountability court has issued an order order till January 17, preventing the action against Ishaq Dar and their consent. Ishaq Dar has challenged the Accountability Court’s decision to declare warrantless and incredible warrants. It is clear that former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar filed a separate petition filed two days before Islamabad High Court against accountability court verdict. In the application, the High Court accountability court verdict dismissed the November 21 verdict. The accountability court issued orders for my incredible warrant and property conflicts even when a person is ill and incomplete, how can a judicial action be taken against him.
