Tehran … News Time

Iranian police have claimed the arrest of 100 leading leaders of the protesters during a crackdown against anti-government protests in the country. The Iranian judiciary spokesman said on Twitter that Iran’s Soldiers’ Revolution had arrested 100 protesting leaders across the country. According to the “Iran International Arabic Book” channel, the delegation of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and Khatib Ahmed Khatami of Tehran’s Comprehensive Mosque said on Friday that peaceful protest is the right of everyone and no one has been prevented from peaceful protest. He denounced the use of force against the protesters, saying that the protesters were being prosecuted against the miscreants in their ranks, who want to harm the country by riding a protest vehicle. During his sermon, he called the agents of violent protesters the “enemy” and said that the protests and riots were planned for three years. Training was given to people at home and abroad for the riots. The claim was made when Iranian judicial authorities have vowed to tighten protesters under strict sanctions. The Iranian-backed revolution on Friday acknowledged that on the first day, protests took place in 28 provinces and 100 cities. Iranian media quoted the deputy commander of the revolutionary revolution as the chief, saying that we were able to stop the unrest within 48 hours.

Meanwhile, a group called ‘Human Rights Watch’ from the World Human Rights Organization in the Iranian province of Ahvaz called for an international inquiry commission to investigate the use of force during protests in the country, to seek facts and bring the perpetrators to justice. What is it? More than 60 protesters have been killed in the towns and cities of Ahvaz Province since the beginning of the protests in Iran, a statement issued by the organization said. Human Rights Watch reports that Iranian authorities have turned Ahvaz into a military camp. The organization condemned the Iranian government’s excesses, which led to the massacre and called on the international community to press for Tehran to bring out actual casualty figures. Iran’s National Resistance Council reports on deadly and injured protests as a result of these protests, 251 deaths occurred in 20 cities while 3700 people were injured in attacks by security forces. The Resistance Council has confirmed that security forces have arrested 7000 people. A 13-year-old boy was also shot dead during the violence. It is to be noted that there was a wave of national protests in Iran last week when the government increased the prices of petroleum prices by 200%.
