The Indian court has justified the construction of Ram temple in place of Babri Masjid

News Time

On November 9, 1989, the Wall of Berlin was demolished and 30 years later, on the same day, the government of Pakistan tried to demolish the walls of hatred by opening the Kartarpur Passage, but the same day the Indian Supreme Court pronounced the Ayodhya case. This attempt failed. The Indian court has justified the construction of Ram temple in place of Babri Masjid and former Chief Justice Markandey Katju has made the decision simply to say that you should remain silent when there is nothing good to say.

A five-member bench headed by Indian Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi has unanimously ruled that the Ram temple will be built at a disputed site. The Muslim side should be given five acres of land for the construction of a mosque at a prominent place in Ayodhya. The Babri Masjid was erected at Ayodhya in the time of Mughal King Zaheer-ud-din Babar, about which Hindu organizations claim that it was his Shri Ram Janmabhoomi and the mosque was erected here. During the trial in the Indian Supreme Court, the archaeological department presented evidence of the remains of a temple at Babri Masjid. But it is not claimed that the mosque was built by demolishing the temple during the Mughal period. It is also not certain that the temple whose archeology was discovered was the temple of Hindu Dharma. Hindu extremist organizations raided the Babri Masjid on December 6, 1992, and martyred him, but the conflict started shortly after Pakistan.

Between December 22 and 23, 1949, Baba Abhiram Das of Mahanirvani Akhara, the main character of the conflict, demanded the export of the statue of Bhagwan Ram from the Babri Masjid and then a never-ending series of riots began. According to the details of Indian authors Krishna Jha and Dharinder Jha in the book Ayodhya The Dark Night, the miracle of Goddess Ram’s statue being exported from Babri Masjid was a thought-provoking project which was brought to the end with the help of the district administration. According to this book, the same people who were involved in exporting the idol of Bhagwan Ram from forgery were killed by Mahatma Gandhi. Between December 22 and 23, they gathered and Mozan Mohammad Ismail of the mosque was beaten and expelled and a statue of Lord Ram was placed in the mosque. When morning came, Ramlila’s prayers were rising from the mosque instead of the call to prayer. The sparks of hatred threatened to sell the religion of religion and politics and kept on sprouting after the continuous wind, when the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi movement started.

BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani works to burn oil to fuel his politics and from Somnath Temple in Gujarat to Ram Temple Rath Yatra. Earthquake hit Lal Krishna Advani in Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, Kalyan Singh of Vishwa Hindu Parishad asked permission to go to the Babri Masjid to build a canopy. And submitted an affidavit that their build a canopy would not cause any damage to the mosque and protect Seawak Mosque, the Indian Supreme Court allowed Vishwa Hindu Parishad a symbolic build a canopy on the assurance. The aims of this build a canopy were anything but, as planned, the fanatics announced their intention to demolish the Babri Masjid on December 5, 1992 but the administration remained a silent spectacle. And then on December 6, the whole world saw that the bleachers called build a canopy martyred the Babri Masjid. Not only the minarets of the Babri Masjid fell on that day, the land of Indian democracy and secularism was also lost. BJP leaders play a criminal role, chasing down blacks. There were several inquiry commissions and committees on the tragedy.

The Supreme Court also ordered the trial of Lal Krishna Advani and Manohar Joshi, but the actual characters of the Babri Masjid tragedy could not be punished. It was a matter of courage that the Vishwa Hindu Parishad proudly celebrated December 6 as a day of bravery on 6 December. All possible options, including reconciliation and legal action, were resolved to resolve the dispute. The Allahabad High Court, on September 30, 2010, after a lengthy hearing, ruled that the disputed land should be divided into three parts and given to the three parties. One part should be given to the Hindu Mahasabha for the construction of Lila Temple, the other for the mosque to be handed over to the Muslim Sunni Waqf Board, while the third part should be given to Mahanirvani Akhara of Baba Abhiram Das. The decision was referred to the Indian Supreme Court and a bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi was constituted.

In its judgment, the Indian court also wrote that placing an idol of Lord Ram in the Babri Masjid in 1949 was equivalent to the humiliation of the synagogue, it is also acknowledged that the process of expulsion of Muslims from the Babri Masjid and then the demolition of the Babri Masjid on December 6, 1992 was illegal and unfair, it is also written that there is no evidence that the Babri Masjid was built by demolishing a temple but the construction of the Ram Temple has been justified. And Muslims have been privileged to provide only alternative land. It seems that if Mahatma Gandhi was alive, he would have protested against this injustice of the Indian Supreme Court, taking this demand, he died, instead of the Babri Masjid being given to the Muslims. It is possible that some Hindu extremists would have killed them, but only a few archetypes could be seen.
