Gulf States have rejected the American decision to recognize the sovereignty of Israel on Golan Heights. Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait have alerted that the move will affect the peace process in the Middle East and regional stability. All U.S. allies in the United States, where US troops are present, President Donald Trump condemned the move to acknowledge the area in 1981 and said that it is the occupied Arab region.
Saudi Arabia’s official news agency, SPA, declared the American announcement as a clear violation of the UN Charter and International Law. Kuwait and Bahrain expressed regret over the decision, while Qatar demanded Israel to end the occupation of Golan Heights and execute international resolutions. Iran’s President Hassan Rohani criticized the Golan Heights criticizing the US President Donald Trump on recognizing Israel’s part, saying that this move is a violation of international law.

Although the United Nations policy will not change in the regard of Golan Heights’s decision to declare the Israeli territory by the US administration. Israel captured the Golan Heights in the Middle East War of 1967, and in 1981 it included it in its own country, which was not recognized internationally.
