Islamabad High Court declared Khawaja Asif as an illiterate. The court disqualified Khawaja Asif under 62 (1) (f). Islamabad High Court ordered the copy of the decision to be sent to the Election Commission. Justice Athar Minallah of Islamabad High Court heard a detailed decision that consists of 35 prescriptions. The High Court said in his verdict Khawaja Asif Sadiq and Amin were no longer. Under the head of Justice Athar Minallah, three-member Lucknow bench rescued the decision on April 10 after the arguments were completed and the documents were reviewed. While Khawaja Asif had submitted a letter to the Embarati Company in the court after the decision was made, it was said that Khawaja Asif was not the company’s full-time employees. After the decision was made by Khawaja Asif, Dubai’s International Mechanical and Electoral Company letter was submitted to the court. It was said that under the consultation agreement, full-time presence in Khawaja Asif’s company is not necessary; Khawaja Asif received suggestions on any case during phone or his visit Dubai. Article 62 (1) (f) of the Constitution is related to the capacity of the Parliament, which has different clauses. Working against national integrity or an opposition opposing the ideology of Pakistan can not become a member of parliament.

According to Article 62 (1) (f), a person who wants to be a member of the parliament should be wise, merciful and honest and that no judgment decision has come against him. Such a person has not worked against the integrity of the country after becoming Pakistan and neither has the opposition opposed Pakistan. It is clear that former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif and PTI leader Jahangir Tareen have also been disqualified from the court.
