In the 1980s, before implementing quality appearance Sikhs have been serving in the US Army with turbans and beards decades. But now the situation has changed. US officials are allowing Sikhs to wear a turban and beard. In the immunity Capt. Simratpal Singh included.  He admitted what he did was shaving the beard. Now again they returned to their religion. But it is written to the Minister to obtain immunity   to have 15,000 members and 50 other members of Congress signed a letter.
