The Accountability court sentenced former Minister for Information, Sindh Sharjeel Memon and other suspects arrested in the corruption bill of billions of rupees till 4 November. Earlier, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), former provincial minister Information and PPP leader Sharjeel Memon and other 11 suspects were presented in the Accountability Court today. The security arrangements were made in court and outside on this occasion. With regard to 11 accused including Sharjeel Memon, the Department of Information in the Sindh has filed a reference to Rs. 5.76-billion corruptions. NAB authorities ask for the physical remand of Sharjeel Memon and other suspects from the court however, the court dismissed the request and sent the jail to the court on the judicial remand. At the center of NAB, doctors examined Shiljeel Memon and his other colleagues 3 times and declared all the suspects a complete fit. It is clear that Sharjeel Memon and other suspects were arrested from Sindh High Court on the last day of interim bail canceled. Former Secretary Department Information Zulfiqar Ali Shalwani, Former Information Officer, Saring Chandio, former deputy directors of information department Anita Baloch, Mansoor Ahmed Rajput, Former Section Officer, Mr. Altaf Hussain, Producer Media Power Link Syed Naveed, Executive Officer Avronio Concepts Private Limited, Mohammad Hanif, Senior Executive Director, Avronio Concepts Assistant. Amir, Director of Addicts Private Limited, Salman Mansoor, Gulzar Ali and Emperor Umrah Shahzad of Daily Mailman are also included.
