Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal, chairman of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), froze all the assets of the Finance Minister Ishaq Dar. NAB has submitted the report to freeze the assets of Ishaq Dar in accountability court according to which all the treasury and non-real estate assets of the Finance Minister Ishaq Dar have been frozen. The Accountability Court will hear the assets of Ishaq Dar’s frozen assets. Assets references in the accountability court are hearing the asset references against the Finance Minister Ishaq Dar. In the reference filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), the Finance Minister Ishaq Dar presented in the Accountability Court of Islamabad. In this case it is his seventh appearance today. In the hearing the statement of the prosecutor’s witness and the statement of the private bank officer Abdur Rehman Gondal were imposed. Witnesses also provide details of Ishaq Dar’s bank account. Accountability court today has sought two witnesses of the prosecution against Ishaq Dar. Witnesses include private bank officers Abdur Rehman Gondal and Masood Ghani, whose statement is being recorded. Minister of Finance Finance Khawaja Harris will discuss the witnesses. The case is hearing the case of NAB court Mohammad Bashir.
