This day is celebrated at the national level every year, in the case of different classes of people, common rallies, rallies, talks and articles and statements etc., the commitment of Kashmiri people to continue to support and demonstrate solidarity with them. People of state and Jammu and Kashmir have been struggling for more than half a century, to fulfill the promise made by the United Nations on the UN. That he will give the right to decide the future of the Kashmiris by liberating Kashmiris and the UN acknowledged the right to the people of this region that they should associate with Pakistan or India, with their free will, as they wish. For this purpose Kashmiri people have so far offered thousands of lives but India is compelled to give them legitimate right rather than military force and is trying to silence those who call for Hurriyat through serious conflicts. Kashmir, which is described as heavenly intention due to its beauty and beauty, there is a Muslim majority area and geographical and regional unity with Pakistan is linked to ancient civil and religious relations. Therefore, the majority of Kashmiri people desire their affiliate to Pakistan and Pakistani people also believe that Kashmir is a source of honey due to cultural and religious relations as well as a source of majority of rivers in Pakistan. That is why they are with this struggle with the struggle of Kashmiri people, and this solidarity is expressed by the Pakistani nation on February 5 with traditional excitement every year.

Muslims focus on Kashmir towards second millennium during the period of Mansoor Abbasi era in Caliphate. In which Markh Blazari said that Sindhis Hashim bin Omar Taglebi had campaigned towards Kashmir after Multan. Thereafter, the mention of the attack on Kashmir of Mahmoud Ghaznavi in the fifth century is in history. But in this region, Muslims’s first regular government Shah Mir Swati established in 740 AH. Then Shah Mir Swati family’s government continued for more than 225 years and in the history of Zain ul-Abedin from Shah Mir Swati family rulers, this is a very important reference. He established a wonderful example of justice in his period and served a lot of Kashmiri people through roads, canals and bridges and other charitable activities. In the era of King Akbar, Kashmir joined the kingdom of Mughal, and then ruled Kashmir, appointed by Jehangir, Shahjahan and Aurangzeb Alamgir. And at least for the last 160 years, Kashmir’s Mughal rule was established.

After 1753 Ahmad Shah Durrani captured Kashmir and the Afghan government was established whose continuity continued for almost 66 years, the Punjab Sikh ruler Maharaja Ranjit Singh defeated Kashmir’s Afghan Governor Jabbar Khan in 1819 and joined Kashmir in his empire. And a sad period of cruelty started on Muslims of this region. At this time, a western tourist, who is traveling to Kashmir, says that Sikhs consider Kashmiris better than animals. If a Sikh kills a Kashmiri, the government is awarded a penalty by a killer from Rs 16 to 20 rupees. 4 rupees from this amount are given to the victims of deceased, as if the victim is a victim, and if the victim is a Muslim, only 2 rupees are given to the lord. It seems like slaves are hazardous. Singing songs are empty and sleepy. People have run away with fear, some of the 10 parts take government while harvesting and the farmer has only one part. In the era of Ranjit Singh, three Dugra brothers Dhyan Singh, Gulab Singh and Suchet Singh got the influence of him. And he was pleased with his services and Gulab Singh was given the rule of Jammu, Dhyan Singh Punch and Bhimber, while Suchet Singh Ram Nagar ruled and called Gulab Singh Jammu’s Raja. These three brothers were Mubarak Hindus and through them the era of Hindu rule started on the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

British occupation took place in Lahore in February 1846 when defeated by the government of Maharaja Ranjit Singh by filling the government to Farangi in his government. In this war, Gulab Singh accompanied by the British. After the British occupation of Lahore and the Sikhs defeat, Sawai was put to death so they did not have the whole amount to pay for it. Therefore, Gulab Singh promised that the British should give the right to Kashmir’s rule with Jammu for the sake of this condition on this condition. This condition was approved and a regular agreement was signed on March 16, 1846, between Gulab Singh and the British government, Amritsar. Under which Gulab Singh bought Kashmir for British rupees for 7.5 million rupees and receiving this money, the British government recognized the right to Kashmir’s rule for Gulab Singh and his son-in-law. But at the time, in the city of Srinagar, the Sikh government was the governor of Imam Din Who refused to submit Gulab Singh area of Kashmir and Gulab Singh suffered from the defeat of Imam al-Din in the first attack.

After this, British Army led by Colonel Lawrence attacked Kashmir, with which Imam al-Din surrendered to Kashmir Gulab Singh. Then the government of Dugra Hindu family remained on a state of Jammu and Kashmir for a century, till November 1842 until August 1947. Gulab Singh proved to have been more powerful than Sikhs for Muslims, Sheikh Ghulam Haider Chhathi (late) writes about his style government in his book Hunger Kashmir. Gulab Singh was very brutal, cruel, cruel and horrible. Punch and Bhimber before he assumed the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, he made the Dugra opposition smooth and then, in the Bhimber, Punch, Mirpur, Rajouri and Kishwarwar, Muslims ruled out of anger and put someone into the wells, take somebody’s eyes out and put someone in front of them. So a Muslim Raja was arrested and brought before Gulab Singh, so he ordered to take Raja Kill. Person with a mental trauma hurrying away from the head and dies shortly. But the person stays alive for taking the skin away from the feet and causes long suffering before it dies. A son of Gulab Singh was present at the time, when the oppressed went overwhelmed by the prince’s legs, he did not get rid of his painful eyes. Gulab Singh caught the neck of his son and said his face towards the oppressed Raja how would the government does that if you see the target? When the skull descended to the breast, the brave Muslim Raja, who had lived in his senses before drinking water and expressed the desire to see the wife, the children, but the wrongdoer Gulab Singh rejected his desire. When the skull descended to the neck, the spirit of the Muslim Raja flew out of the body.

After Gulab Singh, his son Ranbir Singh became the ruler, and then Partab Singh ruled Kashmir for 40 years and then it took place by Maharaja Hari Singh. In the same period, the Kashmiri people revolted in 1931 against Dugra’s indefinite demonstration and in support of Kashmiri Muslims, All India Muslim Majlis-e-Ahrar played a Kashmir move under which 40 thousand scholars and workers reached Kashmir and presented themselves for the release of their Kashmiri brothers in support of Kashmir. While Maulana Mazhar Ali Azhar, Maulana Habib-ur-Rehman Ladhani, Amir Shariat Chudhry Afzal Haq, Sheikh Hassam-ul-Din and other prominent leaders were arrested in this movement. This movement led to political awareness in Kashmir and nationalist leaders such as Sheikh Late and Chudhry Gulam Abbas (Late) emerged on the horizons of politics. In the era of Maharaja Hary Singh, the subcontinent’s division came into force and the existence of an Islamic state named Pakistan.

The default principles of distribution were given to the semi-autonomous states that they should affiliate with either Pakistan or India. But Maharaja Hary Singh ignored the feelings and wishes of the majority of the state’s most populous, declaring an affiliate with India, against which the people of the state stood up. There was a armed rebellion in various areas of Jammu and Kashmir, the scholars gave fate of jihad and the Mujahideen invaded Srinagar. It was close to the Mujahideen to reach Srinagar that the United Nations intervened and stirred it by saying that the people recognize this right through negotiations. To give them an opportunity to decide their own future through free empowerment. Since then India is occupied with power on Kashmir and it is a matter of work to give Kashmiris the right to self-determination. While the United Nations and world powers are playing a silent role, Kashmiris are offering constant sacrifices for the right to freedom and independence.

The 5th February day is very important in this background and the right to Kashmiri Muslims is opposed to expressing solidarity with their struggle. And the global opinion should be focused on their legitimate right.
