It said the report released by the Global Hunger Index, 22 percent of Pakistan’s population is suffering from malnutrition. Global Hunger Index report released by the 22% of the population suffers from malnutrition but the situation is better than in the past, the report said Pakistan ranked 107 in the list of 118 countries released and noted that the situation for Pakistan in terms of nutrition is still critical. Pakistan reported that 33.4 score of malnutrition, which was close to 35.1 in 2008 however, Pakistan still have enough effective measures to deal with the situation than its neighbors the value of India and Bangladesh, respectively, 28.5 and 27.1. The situation in Afghanistan and Pakistan is worse than the 34.8 score. The report added that 45 countries, including Pakistan, if you want to meet 2030 target they will increase their speed to eliminate malnutrition.
