London … News Time

At 11pm on the last date of this month, Britain’s decades-long alliance with the European Union will reach its end. According to the news agency AFP, the UK will be the first country to leave the EU consisting of 28 countries. On Thursday, the United Kingdom endorsed the Brexit agreement, under which Britain would be separated from the European Union on January 31, 2020. After the endorsement of Queen Britain, Prime Minister Boris Johnson also signed the Brexit agreement. However, the Brexit agreement has yet to be approved by the British Parliament. Britain became part of the European Union in 1973.

Immediate changes in relations with other European countries are not expected after the separation of Britain. By December 31, the UK will be able to trade freely with other European countries. Through the referendum in 2016, 52% of British people voted in favor of secession from the EU, while 48% opposed it. For the past three years, the British Parliament has been unable to reach a definitive conclusion regarding the Brexit deal. Since the election of Boris Johnson as prime minister, Britain has also paved the way for separation from the European Union. After announcing the election results, Prime Minister Boris Johnson had said that the people had given the Conservative Party a strong mandate to unite Brexit and the country. After the separation, the UK will have to establish a relationship with the European Union on new terms and conditions, for which Prime Minister Boris Johns has sought a deadline of 31 December. However, it would not be impossible for the European Union to do so in the short run, either by restricting Britain’s ambitions or requesting more time.

Boris Johns will deliver a special address on January 31, the UK’s separation from the European Union. Government events will be avoided keeping in view the divided public opinion on the Brexit issue. Some think the bell will ring at London’s historic bell house at 11pm on the eve of accession to Britain and the EU. Instead of the proposal, it has been decided to install a digital clock on the wall of Donning Street, which will continue until the end of the alliance. According to the British Prime Minister, since the Brexit agreement, citizens will be banned from free transport to European countries. 36 million people from European countries live in the UK, while 1 million British nationals live in other European countries.
