The visit will be discussed on the withdrawal of US forces for the political solution of the Afghan issue under the beginning of new efforts for peace in Afghanistan and the Hizb-e-Islami peace plan.

According to Aziz Hameed, Gulbuddin Hekmatyar will also meet Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, along with leaders of Turkey-based Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. These meetings have also been decided to help with the Islamic movements in peace in Afghanistan. Hezbollah’s head will go to Turkey from Saudi Arabia, where he will also meet Saudi authorities besides paying for ages. He was invited by the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman. Saudi Arabia wants to discuss the Hizb-i-Islami plan to resolve the Afghan issue with Gulbuddin Hekmatyar. According to sources, Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, with a high level delegation of Hizb-e-Islami, arrived on a Tuesday to Istanbul from a special plane on Tuesday, where the leaders of Justice and Development Party welcomed them. According to sources, delegation of Hizb-e-Islami will discuss talks with the Taliban leaders in Turkey about this political project, In which Gulbuddin Hekmatyar has suggested that the United States announces the withdrawal from Afghanistan within 3 years so they can not only agree to the Afghan Taliban but also negotiate but the war and they are also ready to give the Taliban a guarantee for the war. According to sources, Gulbuddin Hekmatyar has made several contacts for Haqqani Network and Taliban peace in Afghanistan over the last 3 months. And in this case, he also has the support of former Afghan President Hamid Karzai.

The main objective of the foreign tour of Gulbuddin Hekmatyar is that Turkey and other countries of the region, including Pakistan and Iran, are involved with Turkey to speed up the efforts of the Afghan issue of tourism. Sources said Gulbuddin Hekmatyar will present his political plan in the meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. While visiting the Saudi Arabia, they will also request assistance from the Saudi authorities, whose special relationship with the US President Donald Trump. According to sources of Hizb-i-Islami, military operation in Afghanistan is not in the interest of both the Afghan nation and the US. According to sources, pressure is increasing not only for the Afghan government but also on Taliban. Turkey and Saudi Arabia have decided to play an important role in preventing blood pressure in Afghanistan. According to the reports, Turkey has announced more than 10,000 Afghan women to train police and 8,000 security personnel also. At present, 342 female police officers are training in Turkey.

On the other hand, the Afghan Taliban has agreed that if Turkey and Saudi Arabia are guaranteed, they can start negotiations. If the officials of Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, Turkey and Saudi Arabia agree on the political plan, talks between the Afghan Taliban and the Afghan government in Ankara or the Saudi capital of Riyadh can begin in the last week of December. Sources said that a high level delegation of Pakistan also visited Saudi Arabia two days ago. While Pakistan’s high security officials have also visited UAE in this regard. Islamic countries want to give Pakistan a key role in Afghanistan so that the Afghan problem can be resolved.
