The Election Commission has started preparing for the general elections of 2018 for which the revised list is starting from today. According to the Election Commission, the first phase of verification process will be completed for the 2018 elections during which voters will be able to register, transfer or accuracy in electoral lists. Election Commission says 923000, 947 voters who were killed will be removed from election lists. And after verification process 7360000, 279 people will be voted as voters.
According to the Election Commission, all electoral rolls will be displayed in each set of centers at the second stage however, after the revision; the number of voters registered in election list will exceed 14 billion. The Election Commission has provided all the records, including the data collected from the Department’s Statistics to the five committees made for 137 districts and all the four constituencies. District and regional offices will remain open till the completion of the work of the dams.
According to the report, the first phase of the closure of the constituency will be completed on March 3; the initial data of the constituencies will be announced in district offices till April 3. On which the people will file their objections for one month, which the Election Commission will hear till May three and after submitting all the passengers, the issuing notification of the constituents will be rejected as former constituencies.
