NAB submits details of Ishaq Dar’s seized the property in accountability court

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) should submit details of the property’s property treasury Ishaq Dar on the directive of the court. According to NAB, former finance minister Ishaq Dar has 3 flats in a Dubai, a luxury vehicle, a house in Gulbahar Lahore and four plots in Islamabad. NAB told the court that there are also three companies in Ishaq Dar Partnership while his wife has 6 vehicles in Pakistan, Mian, wife has also invested 3453,000 in Hajwari Holding Company, The court adjourned the hearing till Monday demanding a compliant report of the courtesy’s judicial notice on the next hearing.
Accountability court judge Mohammad Bashir heard the case of Ishaq Dar selling NAB property in Pakistan. The special prosecutor of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Imran Shafiq, argued at the hearing and said that property could be sold if there was no objection to the time passed. And the accused may refer to the court for up to 6 months after the rectification.
NAB prosecutor said that there was no objection to the accused Ishaq Dar yet, even after the sale of property, rights can be provided if the accused is presented. Imran Shafiq told the court that some properties of the accused Ishaq Dar are also in Lahore and Islamabad, Order should be issued to the properties that do not appear in the court scope.
The court sent all the details of the property property owned by Ishaq Dar after which the details were presented by NAB. According to NAB, former finance minister Ishaq Dar has 3 flats, a luxury car, a house in Gulbarg Lahore and 4 plots in Islamabad.
