On 14 August 1973, when the current constitution was implemented in the country, the President’s position in the Constitution was a representative officer, the original options were with the Prime Minister but after the martial law 1977, the constitution was restored so President General Zia-ul-Haq then gave amendments to the President and gave such options to the President after which this exhibition was transformed into a powerful position. General Zia-ul-Haq, through the amendment to disseminate the Assembly to the President, set the head of Navy, Naval and Air Force, providing the powers of provincial governors and the supervisive government’s nomination. General Zia-ul-Haq had terminated the government of Prime Minister Mohammad Khan Junejo in 1988, Benazir Bhutto twice after President Ghulam Ishaq Khan and President Farooq Ahmad Khan Leghari, Mian Nawaz Sharif once became presidential election. In 1997, Mian Nawaz Sharif and Ms. Benazir Bhutto ended these options by the 13th amendment.

Then General Pervez Musharraf reinstated these options in 2002 and joined the Constitution, even though Musharraf’s ruling power was over, the democratic era started again, after Benazir Bhutto, Amla Party chief Asif Ali Zardari was elected President, he signed the 18th Constitutional amendment and got controversial powers. Earlier, Sardar Farooq Ahmad Khan Leghari had signed a similar bill in 1997 after which the powerful position of the President was left by an exhibition president.

The difference is that Asif Ali Zardari was overpowered, but Farooq Ahmad Khan Leghari had signed Nawaz Sharif for the second time as Prime Minister. Although after the approval of the 18th amendment, the President became the post of Representative however President Asif Ali Zardari kept the affairs minister in his hand due to being a party chairman both Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani and Raja Pervez Ashraf, who belonged to his party, were in compliance with him. From 2008 to 2013, during five years, no one step came to pass when there was a slight difference between the powerful Prime Minister and the President.

Constitutional Pakistan 45-year-old Fazal Elahi, Rafiq Tarar and Mamoon Hussain have been the president, who did not have the powers, these three presidents are known as a symbol of a representative post, the interesting aspect of this date is that Sardar Farooq Leghari and Asif Ali Zardari are included in the presidency that became President of the Empowered President. An interesting aspect is also that General Pervez Musharraf was the only president, who had the power to break the assembly, but he did not use this option, the reason was that during his term presidency, I kept the prime minister in such a way that he could not lift his head. Among them include Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Shaukat Aziz.

Come on! In this chapter, some more interesting facts are studied; General Ziaul Haq was the first military president the introduced not only the presidential election to dissolution the assembly, but it was first used in 1988. The same option was used by Ghulam Ishaq Khan, most of them, who had earlier dissolved Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif’s government, Benazir Bhutto was the only prime minister whose government was twice the target of this presidential election and Nawaz Sharif was the prime minister. The Supreme Court dismissed the move to dissolve the Assembly by restoring the assembly. The same thing was later said as a writer that if the prime minister belonging to Sindh does not restore his government and assemblies but if the prime minister is Punjabi, the law behaves differently. After the dissolution of the assembly under the presidential election, the first Caretaker cabinet was formed by General Zia, but he did not appoint Caretaker Prime Minister, who was a unique act of his nature. Contrary to this, General Pervez Musharraf set Senate chairman Mohammad Mian Soomro as the Prime Minister by setting a unique tradition. No one has ever seen. President Ghulam Ishaq Khan dissolved the Benazir Bhutto Government and eliminated the opposition leader Ghulam Mustafa Jatoi, then the government of Nawaz Sharif, appointed Caretaker Prime Minister to Mir Balakh Sher Khan Mazari. Asif Ali Zardari was also the minister in his caretaker cabinet. President Farooq Lariari terminated Benazir Bhutto’s government and appointed Caretaker Prime Minister to his close relative Malik Meraaj Khalid.
