Washington, Ankara … News Time

The US suspended the visas from its embassies and consulate in Turkey. According to the Foreign News Agency, a statement issued by the US diplomatic mission in Turkey has been said this step has been taken against security concerns after the arrest of an employee last week. The statement of the US Embassy in Ankara said that the recent incidents in Turkey have questioned Turkey’s concerns regarding the protection of US diplomatic staff and America is reviewing it. The statement further added that during the meantime, in order to restrict the arrival of the people in the US embassy and consulate in Turkey, for immediate time, non-visa visa services have been suspended. It was believed that last week Turkish authorities arrested an employee of US Consulate from Istanbul in connection with the relationship with the Turkish exile Fatehullah Golan, who had an exiled exile in America. The US condemned this arrest, saying that the allegation of Turkey was unfair and harmful for the relationship. Turkey’s official media said that the arrested person is a Turkish citizen who was detained on charges of deterring the spying and constitution. Turkey takes on Fatehullah Golan, accused of a failed military uprising in July 2016 and the US has been demanding that he handed over Fatehullah Golan to Turkey, but the US has refused to accept this demand.
