The number of Internet users worldwide has increased three-fold over the past decade and the number of Internet User has exceeded 3 billion 20 million. The World Bank has been revealed by the World Development Report for 2016 that happen to be available to Nigeria and other developing countries, the public electricity and water but they have a mobile phone. An estimated 70 percent report that developing countries have been more proud of the mobile phone. According to the World Bank report has increased more than three times the number of people using the Internet during 2015 to 2005, that more than a billion to 3 billion by the end of 2015 reached 20 million. The businesses, people and governments are in contact with each other via the Internet more than ever.
