Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has arrived in Saudi Arabia on a two-day visit where he also met Saudi Crown Prince and Defense Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Imran Khan condemns attack on Saudi oil installationsduring the meeting; the two leaders discussed bilateral relations, regional and global political situation. They discussed enhancing bilateral cooperation and also discussed issues of mutual interest, trade, investment and economic relations. The Prime Minister vowed to stand with Saudi Arabia in the event of a threat to Saudi King’s sanctity and security. He also briefed Saudi King Salman about the latest situation in occupied Kashmir, on which Shah Salman reiterated his long-standing support and solidarity on Kashmir issue.

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Advisor to the Finance Minister Hafiz Sheikh, Assistant Secretary for Overseas Pakistanis Syed Zulfiqar Bukhari, Foreign Secretary Sohail Mahmood and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Raja Ali Ijaz were also present at the meeting. Earlier, when Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan arrived in Jeddah on a two-day visit to Saudi Arabia, he was received by the governor of Mecca, Khalid al-Faisal bin Abdul Aziz, at the Royal Terminal there. Saudi Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Raja Ali Ejaz, Consul General Khalid Majid, Saudi officials and consulate officials were also present on the occasion.
