He said: Today we hope you ((scholars) will help in closing the past page in Afghanistan and opening a new page. This will help the Afghans to fulfill the expectations for the security and stability of the country. For this, our religion needs to adapt to the values of dialogue, reconciliation and tolerance according to the teachings of Islam.
