North Korea says it will be a national holiday on January 8 next year to mark the country’s leader Kim Jong Un’s birthday. Korean Central News Agency said Kim Jong Un declared the project to pay tribute to the family for 3 generations, with other events on Sunday. He said that will be held in August in the country’s founder Kim Il Sung and praise the achievements of their successors. State media declared the year 2017 as the year that the father of the nation’s 105th and 75th of his son Kim Jong Il’s birthday will be. Agency reminded that the year, the current leader elected the first secretary of the ruling Workers’ Party, will be 5 years. So far Kim Jong Un’s birthday is a day of normal work. North Korea has yet to officially declare their age.
