Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has filed an appeal to the Supreme Court’s verdict on the Panama case. The Supreme Court used the Election Commission’s powers by disqualifying Nawaz Sharif under the Public Representative Act, Therefore, the order of dismissing Nawaz Sharif of the bench comprising the Supreme Court Fazl judges should be dismissed and ordered to file references in NAB against him. The petition has been suggested in a petition to be separated in the Panama case separately on the request of Sheikh Rashid, Imran Khan and Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Jamat-e-Islami Siraj ul Haq against Nawaz Sharif. It is clear that on 28th July, the Supreme Court decided to make a Panama case, disqualified Nawaz Sharif from his position. While the Finance Minister ordered to file a reference in NAB against his family, including Ishaq Dar, which has been regularly challenged.
